Kathryn V. Marinello
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
As Chairman and CEO of Stream Global Services, Kathryn Marinello
drives the overall company strategy and direction of being an
industry-leading, multi-service BPO provider. Marinello brings a
consistent history of operational excellence and revenue generation
to Stream, and together with the company's seasoned executive team,
will drive growth through expanded sales, strategic expansion of
Stream's global footprint, and the development of new integrated
service offerings. Prior to joining Stream, Marinello most recently
served as Chairman and CEO of Ceridian Corporation, a $1.5 billion
human resources outsourcing company. During her tenure at Ceridian,
Marinello substantially improved customer satisfaction and employee
engagement and created significant value for shareholders.
Previously, Marinello served in a wide variety of senior roles
spanning 10 years at General Electric, leading global,
multi-billion dollar financial and services businesses, including
large international call center operations. At GE, she was also
responsible for numerous strategic acquisitions. Prior to GE,
Marinello served in senior leadership positions at First Data
Corporation, US Bank, Chemical Bank, Citibank and Barclays.
Marinello is a member of General Motors' U.S. Board of Directors
and also previously served on the board of Mastercard
International. She is actively involved in many industry and
management associations, including the Wall St. Journal CEO
Council.
Marinello holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from the
State University of New York at Albany and a Master's of Business
Administration (MBA) from Hofstra University. She currently resides
in Minnesota with her husband and three sons.

Brian J. Delaney
Chief Operating Officer
As chief operating officer, Brian Delaney brings more than 20
years of senior level management and operational expertise to
Stream Global Services. Based in the company's Wellesley, Mass.,
headquarters, he is responsible for leading Stream's global
operations and ensuring the successful execution of business
process outsource (BPO) and contact center performance across all
of our sites.
Mr. Delaney is a proven leader in the customer service and call
center industry with extensive experience managing operations,
improving call center performance, and developing customer
management strategies across global organizations.
Prior to joining Stream, Mr. Delaney served as senior vice
president of operations, DISH Network, overseeing all of DISH's
customer support programs for more than 14 million customers. He
successfully improved customer satisfaction while reducing
operating costs and subsequently DISH Network was awarded 'ACSI #1
in Customer Satisfaction' among cable and satellite TV companies in
March, 2010. In addition to his work at DISH Network, Mr. Delaney
spent five years at TeleTech, a global BPO company, in a variety of
operations and technology leadership roles. He held several senior
level management positions at Teletech including COO, where his
focus was primarily on delivering improved profitability across
Teletech's 55,000 service professionals located in 45 global
service centers.
Mr. Delaney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, English Literature,
from the University of California and a Master of Arts, English
Education, from New York University.

Barbara Weyl
Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources
As EVP, global human resources, Barbara Weyl brings more than 30
years of senior-level HR management experience to Stream Global
Services. Based in the company's Wellesley, Mass., office, Weyl is
responsible for overseeing Stream's global human resources
initiatives, including talent acquisition, staffing, and
organization design, training and compensation/benefits across its
50 locations, worldwide.
A proven leader in HR and talent management, Weyl brings a
background rich in high-performance team development and training
to Stream. Her extensive background enables Stream to continually
attract and retain a highly skilled and thoroughly trained
workforce. By recruiting and retaining talented support
professionals who are aligned with the business objectives of our
clients, Stream is able to deliver a better overall customer
experience to our clients' customers.
Prior to joining Stream, Weyl held several senior-level
management positions at General Electric across a wide array of GE
businesses, including industrial, technology and financial
services. Most recently, Weyl was Senior Managing Director, HR, in
GE Capital Americas. In this role, she successfully recruited and
retained employees in a highly competitive market and was also a
driving force behind GE's leadership and training initiative.
Weyl is a graduate of College of St. Rose in Albany, New York
and received her MBA from Sage Graduate School.

Greg Hopkins
Executive Vice President, Global Sales
As executive vice president of global sales, Greg Hopkins brings
more than 25 years of senior level management experience driving
sales solutions to Stream Global Services. Based in Colorado,
Hopkins is responsible for overseeing Stream's strategic planning
for global sales and business development. He also contributes to
the development of Stream's overall business strategy and leads
worldwide client initiatives.
With a successful record in leading sales programs on a global
scale, Hopkins brings a keen sense of strategic planning, revenue
growth and client relationship management to Stream. His
combination of industry expertise, leadership development and
understanding of client requirements helps drive Stream's success
and enhance its position as a leader in the BPO industry.
Prior to joining Stream, Hopkins served as EVP, Sales and
Marketing at TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a leading global BPO company.
His responsibilities included the management of all sales and
marketing initiatives and activities. Hopkins was instrumental
increasing revenue from $800M to $1.4B and maintaining a client
base of Fortune 100 companies while also obtaining new logo wins
within the Fortune 500. He has also served as EVP of Sales at
Telwares, Inc. where he was responsible for global sales functions
and assisted in growing revenue by 25% per year. Hopkins has also
held senior level management positions at TeaLeaf Technology, Inc.,
and had a 20-year career with AT&T Technologies, Inc.
He holds an Executive MBA from University of San Francisco as
well as a Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration,
from Whittier College.

Matthew Ebert
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
As general counsel and corporate secretary of Stream, Matthew
Ebert brings more than 10 years of legal expertise and counsel to
Stream. Based out of the Wellesley, MA, office, he is responsible
for Stream's legal affairs, including negotiating contracts,
overseeing labor and employment matters and coordinating compliance
activities.
During his career, he has served as counsel to public and
private corporations across a variety of industries, including
telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and technology. He previously
held the position of associate general counsel at Stream where he
assisted in the acquisition of eTelecare, and the integration of
legal, human resources and business functions. Prior to joining
Stream, he served as deputy general counsel, secretary and
treasurer at NitroMed, Inc., where he was responsible for all legal
affairs and processes, oversaw compliance activities and negotiated
agreements related to sales, marketing and medical affairs.
Ebert also served as chief compliance officer at Lese
Investments L.L.C. where he was responsible for administration of
legal, operational and control functions. He also previously worked
at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP where he provided
ongoing and transactional advice to public and privately held
companies.
He earned a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University,
received an M.B.A. from Boston College Carroll Graduate School of
Management and studied law at Boston College Law School.

Michael F. Shea
Executive Vice President, Operations Support and Marketing
Michael "Mike" Shea is Stream's Executive Vice President of
Operations Support and Marketing. In this position, he is focused
on creating consistent processes across sites, workforce
management, as well as client and site branding initiatives.
Based out of Minneapolis, MN, he is responsible for the Training,
Workforce Management, Quality Assurance and Marketing departments.
Mike is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and brings a strong set of
process and operation skills to his new role at Stream.
Prior to joining Stream, Mike most recently worked as EVP and
Chief Operating Officer for Ceridian Corporation, a global $1.5B
Human Resources Services Ad Payment Processing Business. While
there, he delivered significant service quality improvements.
Before that, Mike was the Senior Vice President of Operations for
GE Fleet Services. In this capacity, Mike and his team improved
service delivery year-over-year, thereby significantly
improving the Net Promoter Customer Loyalty score.
Mike is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a BS
in Business Administration and Information Management.

Garrett Else
Senior Vice President, Systems and Applications
Garrett Else is Senior Vice President of Systems
and Applications for Stream. Based in the Minneapolis, MN,
location, he is responsible for the development, support, and
operation of all of the company's mission critical financial, human
resources, and time reporting systems. His areas of focus include
Stream's Oracle Enterprise Management Suite, The Human Resource
Management System, Kronos, the company's data warehouse, and other
parts of the company's software portfolio that support Stream as an
ongoing enterprise.
Prior to joining Stream, Garrett worked as Vice President of
Finance for Ceridian, a global $1.5B Human Resources Services Ad
Payment Processing Business, where his accomplishments included
increasing earnings and cash flow by enhancing the firm's short and
long-term financial planning and budgetary processes. Before that
Garrett served as Strategic Pricing Leader/Capital Markets Mangers
for GE Commercial Finance.
Garrett holds an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio
and a BA from Gustavus Adolphus College.

Michael Henricks
Chief Financial Officer
As chief financial officer at Stream, Michael
Henricks brings more than 15 years of accounting and finance
expertise to Stream. Based out of Minneapolis, MN, he is
responsible for Stream's leadership and coordination of company
financial planning and analysis, global real estate, pricing and
Business Insights functions.
During his career, Henricks has held numerous executive
management positions at leading Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to
joining Stream, he served as senior vice president and chief
financial officer at Comdata, a leading business-to-business
provider of innovative electronic payment solutions. In addition to
his finance responsibilities, Henricks provided leadership for the
compliance business division of Comdata. Prior to Comdata, he
served as vice president, finance at Ceridian, a leading business
services company as well as director of strategic analysis at
Ameriprise and held various positions at General Electric.
He earned a bachelor's degree from St. Olaf College and earned
an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of
Management.
