The annual Black Book of Outsourcing survey published by Brown
& Wilson of Clearwater, Fla., invites over 300,000 clients to
rate almost 900 outsourcers on their performance and
professionalism. The yearly ranking is a bellwether of the state of
the industry and ranks its most highly-regarded companies.
Stream ranked as one of the Top 50 Best Managed Global
Outsourcing Vendors out of almost 900 industry competitors, placing
it in the top 5% of vendors. Stream was also rated a Top 10 Call
Center Outsourcer for two consecutive years (2006,
2007).
