Presented by IQPC, the Call Center Excellence Awards honor,
recognize and promote the most innovative call center solutions and
individuals over the past year. Winners are selected on the basis
of their product or service's ability to help extend and expand the
customer relationship to become all encompassing, covering the
entire enterprise and the entire lifetime of the customer.
- In 2010 Stream received an honorable mention for Best
Outsourced Provider and Stream's Area Vice President for Latin
America, Salvador Salazar received 1st place as Call
Center Leader of the Year.
