CRM Excellence Awards Given by Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine

CRM Excellence Awards are sponsored by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine. Winners were chosen based on their product or service's ability to help extend and expand the customer relationship and were presented to companies that demonstrate true CRM partnership with their clients. The CRM Excellence Awards are based on hard data, facts and numbers demonstrating the improvements that the winner's efforts have made in a client's business.

Stream has won a CRM Excellence Award for the seventh time.

To win this year's award, Stream had to provide measurable evidence that its services have improved its clients' businesses and helped retain customers. In the case study submitted, Stream showcased its ability to create and implement a pioneering, value-add revenue generation program for a Fortune 1000 software company. As a result of this program, client CSAT and resolution rates improved significantly and annualized sales for the client increased from $4.5M in 2006 to $15.2M.
