Delaney Joins Leading BPO Provider to Lead and Expand Operational Best Practices
BOSTON, MA. - January 17, 2011 - Stream Global

announced that it has appointed Brian Delaney as Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Delaney will be
responsible for overseeing all of Steam's operational processes in
its 50 locations across 22 countries.
A proven leader in the customer service and outsourced call
center industry, Mr. Delaney brings more than 20 years senior
management and operational experience to Stream. He comes to
the company most recently from DISH Network, a leading satellite TV
provider, where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations -
overseeing all of DISH's customer support programs for more than 14
million customers.
Prior to his tenure at DISH, Mr. Delaney held several senior
management positions at TeleTech, a leading BPO provider
specializing in customer care. Most recently, he served as
TeleTech's Chief Operations Officer, where he was responsible for
delivering improved profitability across Teletech's 55,000 service
professionals located in 45 global service centers.
