that it has received significant accolades from several of its top
clients for exceptional sales and/or service delivered in the
fourth quarter of 2009.
The first award comes from one of the industry's leading
hardware OEM vendors. This long-standing client of Stream's awarded
the company "Best Onshore Support Site." This honor was earned by
Stream's Belleville, Ontario site for its exceptional achievement
in exceeding customer expectations and pre-determined client
metrics.
Stream was also recently lauded by a leading U.S.-based
telecommunications client as "Top Manila Inbound Sales Site." Based
on a balanced scorecard measuring close rates, quality of service
and add-on sales, this award is given to the company's top
performer in the Manila region. The client currently utilizes
multiple sites in the greater Manila area, and Stream owns more
than 60 percent of all telesales work. Over the past 18 months,
Stream has been the recipient of this recognition 16 times.
The third award - Vendor of the Month - was bestowed on Stream by a
leading VoIP technology and service provider. Awarded for the
company's ability to meet and exceed client expectations and key
performance metrics, Stream received this award for their work
performed in inbound telesales, serviced out of the company's
Philippines service centers.
The final award was given to Stream by a leading European
telecommunications provider for Stream's exceptional ability to
resolve technical support issues on the first call. First call
resolution is a key metric for Stream clients and the company
achieved this honor by having the highest number of first call
resolutions of all the client's outsourced vendors for the month of
December. The award was presented to Stream's service center team
in Tunis, Tunisia.
