renewed its €13.5 million contract with Stream to provide technical
support services for eircom's residential and business broadband
customers. Working together with eircom, Stream will continue to

service access channels and over 660,000 broadband customers.

Stream applied its industry expertise within the telecommunications
market, and integrated its solution into eircom's existing
infrastructure and technology. As a result, Stream was able to help
eircom significantly increase its overall customer satisfaction
while reducing costs.
