Sofia is an old city first established by the Thracians about 4000 BC. There are still some ruins from the old Roman time city.
Hilton Sofia, Bulgaria opened its doors in April 2001. It has the perfect location in the heart of the city, opposite the Congress Centre (National Palace of Culture), surrounded by the South Park and overlooking the Vitosha Mountain.
Just a 5-minute walk is downtown Sofia with charming sights, wonderful shops and business life.
