Stream Recognized Among Leading Outsourcers
IAOP Honors Texas-based Technical Support and Customer Service Company
Richardson, TX, February 19, 2007 — Stream, a global contact center provider, has been awarded a spot on the 2007 Global Outsourcing 100, an annual list of leading outsourcers released last Friday by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).
“We’re thrilled to be included in such a prestigious group,” said CEO Toni Portmann. “This honor is independent confirmation of what we’ve always known—our value proposition, our belief in one another, and our commitment to building relationships places Stream among the industry’s best.”
Stream has built its reputation in high-tech vertical markets such as software, hardware, consumer electronics, and online services. Its service offerings are based on the company mission—to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The Global Outsourcing 100, produced annually by the IAOP, is devoted to featuring the best of today’s leading outsourcing service providers and tomorrow’s rising stars. Along with its publication by IAOP, the list will appear in the special advertising section produced by IAOP in the April 30, 2007 Fortune 500 issue of Fortune magazine.
"The companies on this year's Global Outsourcing 100 list
represent the elite of our field. They hail from every corner of the
globe. They provide an extensive array of cutting edge services.
And, through the program's application and review process they have
proven
themselves to be the best at what they do," said Michael F. Corbett,
Chairman, IAOP.
The announcement comes just weeks after Stream was honored by Global Services magazine as one of the top 10 best performing global call center providers. Portmann described that honor as “a real affirmation of Stream’s global strategies.”
When IAOP officially releases the Global Outsourcing 100 rankings in late April, the full report will also appear on the organization’s Web site (www.outsouringprofessional.org).
