Stream to Host 9th Annual Client Event

Global Clients to Gather in Milan, Italy

Amsterdam, June 6, 2007—Stream, a global outsourcer of customer service and technical support, announced today the details of its 9th annual Client Event focusing on support boundaries in a converging technology environment. The event, which will take place June 13th and 14th, 2007 in Milan, Italy, has become one of the premier networking and industry information gathering events for Stream’s global clients.

“The focus of this year’s event is driven by the trends Stream sees in the market,” said Mark Beattie, Stream senior vice president sales and business management for Stream EMEA. “There is growing complexity in the technology market, and our Milan event will be the forum to discuss what impact this will have for customer support.”

This year’s event will focus on several topics, including:

  • Choosing the correct outsourcing partner
  • Support boundaries in today’s contact centre environment
  • Customer experience
  • Revenue generation
  • Client case studies

“I look forward to welcoming both new and long-term clients to the event,” said Beattie. “All will agree we’ve assembled a particularly interesting mix of speakers and topics this year.”

Last year’s event, held in Berlin, was well attended and valued. “Our goal this year is to provide attendees with the tools, theories and examples from peers to improve their outsourcing strategies and the value they bring to their customer interactions,” Beattie added.
