Tom Andrus

Mr. Andrus' management responsibility spans several critical areas—financing, financial planning and reporting, and acquisitions. Mr. Andrus and his team stimulate profitability and manage risk through proactive planning, precise accounting and reporting, and the strategic management of the tax, treasury, legal, and corporate services functions.

Laurie Brashear

Under Ms. Brashear's direction, Stream's global human resources group designs programs to meet employee needs and foster an environment where people enjoy their jobs, and clearly recognize their opportunities for growth.
Ms. Brashear leads Stream's global human resources functions in accordance with the company's goal of developing fulfilled associates. Her responsibilities include employee relations, benefits, compensation, HR technology, and employee development.

Bob Mercer
Chief Information Officer

Under Mr. Mercer's leadership, Stream's global IT group strives to provide the most cost-effective and performance-enhancing network infrastructure, telephony, and software solutions.
Strategically, Mr. Mercer looks to advance the Smart ShoreSM concept by leveraging VoIP, expanding the company's solutions for business continuity, maximizing the global tool set, and driving cost out of the company's technology infrastructure.

Laurie Dunn

With responsibilities spanning new business acquisition, migration, and ongoing service delivery, Mr. Shiekh is supported by a team of experienced professionals, robust process architecture, state-of-the-art technology, and a highly committed workforce. He challenges his people to maximize existing business, while ensuring client and customer satisfaction, financial achievement, and growth.
Strategically, he looks to expand Stream's APAC presence into new growth markets in Asia.
