Stream Berlin
Stream Berlin serves as our central support location for clients with German and Eastern European customers. Berlin's diverse population supplements its appeal as a contact center location, providing access to as many as 50 different languages.
Berlin offers a large pool of qualified candidates, including students from more than 10 area universities. In conjunction with local educational organizations and the local government, Stream maintains a pool of pre-screened candidates available for immediate hire. This reserve pool facilitates quick implementation of new business or increased volume from existing clients.
Stream Szczecin provides ancillary support to Stream Berlin and broadens our global Smart ShoreSM strategy by providing a nearshore solution for the German and Eastern European markets.
